Trying to source a stock 3B WG Spring...

As per the title, I'm looking to find a company I can buy a stock 3B wastegate spring from but so far I've not had any luck.

I spoke to Pete at the Quattro Corner and sadly he doesn't have any available and told me that many tuners simply will not sell them unless they tune your car according to the spring.

Does anybody know where I can get ahold of a stock spring?

Rob, give MRC a call, they take stock springs out and put stronger ones in all the time, I got my spare stock one from them. I wouldn't worry too much about it though as screwing the bolt down should easily compensate for any tiredness of the original. Also Rusty might have one as he had some made up IIRC.

Actually, I vaguely recall Rusty measuring up his spring and getting one made for him. I'll drop him a message.

Having said that, you're probably correct when you say the current spring should be fine. It's still holding boost and pulling very strongly!

The WGFV is currently on order and I should receive it anyday. Oh and the 8mm samco hose is sat on my desk but the 3mm vacuum hose is yet to arrive. If you need the 8mm hose desperately, I'll drop it over to you otherwise I'll pop both of them over together.
