The other way to go Shane, is to fit Recaros from an E30 BMW on Recaro subframes like I have in the coupe, I can even wear a crash hat in there now.

i'm 6"3 and been driving the avant all week and that has a sunroof, I found I had a good amount between my head and the sunroof, only downside was I miss the adjustable steering column my old daily passat had and the seat in that went lower than the s2's, but unlike the passat the s2 is a monster, proper rocket.
