They are very different (green and orange) and as far as I know, not easilly interchangable. Also, there are several versions of the 'green' dash which, although they are fairly interchangable, have different functionality.
Just be sure that whatever you go for can be used with your car. They are rather expensive if you find you have the wrong one! -
