If i install this on my 3B with electronic climate control, will it work ok? Does it read the "compressor on" signal from the ECC and compensate for this, preventing idle from dropping?
If I buy this system, and later on want to convert to direct fire with 5 coils, will this be possible (by modifying the wiring and adding coils, and some software changes?)
Yes documentation is a good thing but with Vems PNP does not require as much as it is quite easy to install.
1: demount the old ecu
2: install the included cable (1 M) for wideband lambda probe
3: switch-violet and red wire in the plug to crank home vr sensor
4: connect Vems to monotronic 55-pin connector and boost pipeline
5: fit the plug in to wideband sensor
6: start the engine and the installation is complete

Hi
Climate control will work and Vems will prevent the engine stall but it takes some time to adjust.
The only deference is you have to turn of the Climate control Manuel when running high rpm/race to prevent destroying the pump.
There is more that can tune Vems in the UK but the point is that you can tuner
the car by you self like 95% of all Vems users due.
When ordering Vems the ecu is calibrated and installed with a standard (S2) working setup so you can tune from this step.
Yes it is possible to fit coil on plug later if you like.
