it is runing on the staring fuel enrichment the first 10sec after that it changes to the fuel map. moore fuel.
the lambda isnt wamed up after 10 sec so dont worry about close lopp before you got the engien started.

Lambda should only enable after 45-60 seconds
I would increase req fuel or increase ve table
Go back to basic and work out the req fuel and compare it to your current value

Guys, the fellow just started the car to make sure nothing is going to go wrong, and he is going to store it.

the lamda wasnt even mounted on the downpipe, it was just hanging from the wastegate opening. Even if all settings were correct, it would still read lean as it is in open air.

          More advice next year!

              Some news!

Finally the car is ready! My tuner did some work on it bud hey didn't get it running nice. When you give some gas it just dies around 1750/2000rpm. Turns out to by a bad primary trigger signal. Got lots of trigger errors.

To by sure i connected a oscilloscope and did some measurements.
As you can see i did measurements on the primary(Crank position VR sensor) and the secondary (cam position Hall sensor). Cam sensor looks good to my. It has some spikes but i don't think it will cause a problem.

The measures on the crank-position looks really bad. Not uniform at all. I pulled the sensor and noticed the flywheel pin (7A) Was only half in-front off the sensor. The machine-shop has removed the pin for lighten the flywheel. Is it possible so mount the pin to much in the flywheel?

After that i read lots off problems with the 7A flywheel pin. I decided to go the 60-2 trigger rout. Placed a OE VW 60-2 trigger-wheel on the car today. Its a Hall trigger.
Will tell you all more as soon as possible. Just have to make a appointment with my tuner again...

Yes with Vems.Spoke with Katalyn for the changes. You must have 5V Outputsource for the Hall IC.
I think you must set a (in German->Lötjumper) from VR to Hall

                          Rebuild for hall on Primary:
Make a short-curcuit on the top "blob" and open-up the lower one

                          Change This resistor to ~2,7kohm

                          Rebuild for hall on Secondary:
                          http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?pa...AudiECUrebuild
