Hi,all
Got the engine running but only on 4 cylinders
1-2-3-5
In vems ignition outputs
0=stepper output d (1a)push/pull 12/0v ec18 pin11=no1
1=stepper output b (1a)push/pull 12/0v ec18 pin10=no3
2=ignition output 4 (7a) grounding ec36 pin11=no5
3=stepper output c (1a)push/pull 12/0v ec18 pin5=no4
4=stepper output a (1a)push/pull 12/0v ec18 pin4=no2
no=firing order
the cyc that is not got a spark is 2=ignition output 4 (7a) grounding ec36 pin11=cyc4=no5
the engine is an aby
vems was running a 3b and has had an aby engine harness fitted
the pin swap to the crank sensors has been carried out
it has coil on plugs fitted and the wiring is correct(tested end to end from ecu)
when testing spark in ignition outputs visual stepper D is firing both no1 and no5
disconnect no1 and there is no spark at no5
disconnect 1-2-4-3 and test no5 and no spark
2=ignition output 4 (7a) grounding ec36 pin11=cyc4=no5,does this output require turning on somewhere in vems
the cop harness was wired from diagramme off the forum
hoping for help roger
