where to get the 3bar map sensor for motronic?

Thats where I have bought them in the past... fiddly little ******s to fit without a supporting board - something that looks like EFI Express now offers in the how they package it up. Arguably expensive for what it is in that packaging but I know from looking at doing such a board myself in the past that they don't get built for free - so plug and play for that money isn't such a bad deal if you are getting it nicely assembled for easy DIY fitment.

Plug and Play is worth a lot IMO.

Yeah - I spent a while trying to design a MAP board with the right plug type that could drop directly into a 3-pin PCB connector but I never sourced them. Mark's approach with the little tail plug is neat enough looking and would be easy for most folk to DIY install.
