    part number

Ok so came to replace the 2 hose/hardline with rs2 hardline and new flexihose and managed to round the nut as its not moved in 13 years.....even after copious amounts of penetrating oil..... it was so brittle it just rounded right off.

So does anyone have a part number for the hardline which is on the body which connects to the first flexi going out to the strut?

    Cheers,

    David

I had this problem when I did my brake upgrade. I just cut the old nut off and replaced it. Luckily there was enough slack on the old hardline to reflare it.

If you haven't got a tool it's probably cheaper and easier to get a new pipe.

          rhd N/S brake pipe 650mm flanged - P/N 191 611 994 F
          rhd O/S brake pipe 1500mm flanged - P/N 191 611 996 D

Oh no. Not the long one. That's the one I avoided changing. Good luck. Or shall I drive up with my flaring tool? LOL
