The Audi rebuild kit doesn't contain the handbrake seal! You can source all manner of seals in the correct size from various places.
Trickiest bit is removing/replacing the circlip. No need to disassemble the brake piston assembly. It depends on the amount of damage to the handbrake lever bore. If its only started to get stiff/sticky it might be worth trying to get some more life out of them.

      Thats the badger

Yeah that circlip is a major PITA - i vowed never to do it again.
If you buy a Budweg caliper service kit, ALL the seals are included, including the handbrake lever seal
The nylon sleeve i had in mine was a very tight fit in the lever bore - i couldn't get them out when i rebuilt mine.

I reckon that the grease nipple is the way to go then. I might try and find a 2nd hand set, rebuild them and fit grease nipples.

ANyone got a set to donate of for a couple of ?
