So what now is your brake setup in total

iirc its:

8 pot front callipers (rs6?)
not sure disc size

twin pot rear callipers
330mm disc

braided lines?

anything else to add into the equation?

will look forward to seeing this at combe.

The current brake setup is as follows:

8 pot RS6 front calipers with 365x34mm Phaeton discs.

'07 S4 single piston rear calipers with '09 S6 carriers and discs (330x22mm)

The car has now had 6 brake upgrades, 3 front and 3 rear!!!

I'll get round to providing details of the new rear conversion in the near future but for now it's quiz time.

How did we get the '09 S6 parts to fit? I'll give you all a clue. It's not a simple bolt on setup like the 300mm S4 conversion BUT there aren't any extra brackets involved.

Well the S4 caliper fits the S6 carrier. The only difference there is that the S6 has the electromechanical handbrake. That was the easy bit. It was getting everything in the right alignment that involved a little out of the box thinking.
