monstereddie: Would it be possible for You to check the weight of the ceramic setup:
    - calliper
    - disk
    - hat

I'm wondering if they woud be much lighter that my Alcon 370mm 6pot setup.

Albert, I would think very carefully about using a ceramic disc for track use. Google for PCCB problems. A lot of Porsche GT3/RS owners that had the ceramic option seem to convert to Alcon steel discs.
It maybe ok on your lightweight car, and if you are a good driver. But ceramic discs don't come cheap, so it could be an expensive experiment.

I have an RS4 380x38mm ceramic disc with original hat in my hand and it weighs ~7.7kg.
I was going to go ceramic on my S2, until I heard about all the problems with them. That and the fact they won't fit under any of my 18" wheels, well, not with a caliper. I've since found steel discs that are almost a light as the ceramics anyway, and I know they will be reliable and much cheaper.
