  • I hate S2, UrS4, UrS6 rear calipers!

Just took 6 hours to change rear discs and pads because of the "great" design of the rear calipers.
UrS6 - Homefry, Bailey DV, PiperX filter, Samco hoses, H&R springs, 3" D/P back zorst, 270bhp and 260ftlb

Triumph Daytona 955i - mmmmmm :fire:

Just noticed I put 6 hours, I meant three, 6 would be a complete brake rebuild. lol

Oh yes, what a pain in the **** that is!

Siezed carrier on one side too.

          Siezed pads on both sides.

At least I found the reason my hanbrake was holding on.

Wasn't as bad ad the front subframe bushes and front arms and ARB bushes I did last night. That was fun.

Suspension is tight like a tiger now though.

          4 wheel alignment on Monday.

Should all be set for the ring next week now.

Bloody hell I was going to say 6 hours. You could have rebuilt them in that time I bet? Glad you've got it all sorted for the ring. Can't wait to go there hopefully in May next year but as you know lots to sort out in a short time(leave it to the last min, well that's what I normally do)Well at least you've got it sorted, hope you have a good time
Just some finishing touches to do now

Tell me about it. All last minute. New plugs and plug boots go in on Monday as well as alignment. I leave on Monday!

I have an ABS light on too, I think it's a sensor. I'll have to get that sorted in ze Fartherland though.
