On the older bomb its 2 diffrent hose sizes. And the pump has a small and a bigger banjo. I have blown air through all hoses, mabe the outlet on top of the bomb is jammed ?

Well, I wish ! But the engine I have build now was in the car before i startet modding it. And the PAS pump as well. So I cant find any reason when it shouldent work now !
As I sayed earlier, I just took of the little and the big banjo bolt from the pump and during the winter building a new engine the 2 hoses has only been hanging down in the engine bay
This problem here witch is stopping me from riding my car drives me totally insane !Comment

IIRC there's a pressure regulator in the block under the bomb, maybe reversed here or stuck or blocked?
