yikes. that is expensive considering I paid less that the GBP price in dollars!
i.e. less than $20 USD for the set.

Just got a set from Amazon for £18, the additional set all ten for £37. Just bought a set today. Not for this tho'

Thanks to s-express and everyone else for the help with this. The circlip is out but the disc does not want to come out.

I will have to sandblast it again.

      I will keep you posted...

        David:
DO NOT sandblast the caliper cylinder bore...
If the disc is not coming out after removing the circlip, the o-ring that seals the main bore from the emergency brake mechanism is sticking ( o ring prevents the brake fluid in the piston from leaking into the emergency brake mechanism ( which should be full of grease...)

Basically there's a bunch of gunk not wanting the disc to release.

Soak the area with a penetrating fluid ( even ATF if you have nothing else) and work the emergency brake cam on the caliper back and forth to help release the disc.

        Please report back...

Hi Peter the bore had to be sandblasted as it was corroded. I'm trying to find the caliper service kit number. does anyone have the Lucas SP number or the Audi part number please?
