280mm on coupes and 300mm on the avants. Coupe is the urs upgrade I think and the avant is the b6/7 s4 upgrade.

280 on the Coupe is a hybrid of modified B6/B7 disc, the A8/S8 carrier and UR caliper.
300 on Avant/Sedan is all B6/B7 - disc, carrier & caliper.Paul Nugent

Yes - both of these are single piston caliper - bigger piston than stock S2 rear caliper.
Dunno what the B7 RS4 got but Audi thought a single pot 300mm was enough for the S4.Paul Nugent

Ok you got me thinking, Could sell the brembos for the rear and go for the 280x22 rear disc. would make life simpler and cheaper in th long run.Probably the longet S2 project in history EVER!Comment

The penny has dropped at last.It seems to be the easyer way by far. But i wouldn't say much cheaper..........good luck with what you do but i thin a lot of people was hoping you would have found a good way of using the Brembo's on the rear.Just some finishing touches to do nowComment
