dont worry KenHi Rocco,
I thought your first post said that they couldn't be fitted... I didn't realise you were infact asking the question... Sorry mate.... Lost in Translation I Think
I dont know TBH.... But if yoy have a 3B alloy and take the internal meaurement centrally across the mounting plate I will compare it to my Avus 6 Spokes for you and we may be able to work it out from that.... If that helps you M8...
Ken
i can take off the Spare 3B wheel for make the meassures but unfortunately i dont understund a lot about brakes and what to meassure. may with a draw i will understund it
For me the 3B 5 spoke has better racing look than the 6 ABY´s spoke wheels.and of course i dont want to buy a set of ABY´s wheels...
it would be very nice to keep my 3B wheels with the 314x30 and 996 calipers....
,sure that it will look VERY FAT brake setup....ALL the 16" wheel hole completed with the 314 disc inside....
if i will can understund what to meassure i will do all the meassures as you want

)I know its not an audi alloy its just a pic i borrowed from some alloys I've been looking at for my son's Mk2 Golf...)
It has to straight across the middle of the alloy....
Not very scientific I know but it might give an idea as to wether it can be done or not...Comment

Can anyone post corect mesurements of the bracket for a 996 caliper and 314 A8 rotor combination? I'll have them fabricated from schratch. Eweryone is only talking about modifying RS2 or others. It would be realy nice to have mesurements from someone who is using 16's.S2+AAN in progress (again), BMW 3 compactComment

I think if you ask Kev aka Bambridge - he is going to do this bracket....
At present he is offering a modified standard bracket... until it's been Used, Tested and checked by someone...Comment

Depends on the size of the spacers. A 15mm spacer probably wouldn't be enough based on my experience.
Remember the 5 spoke wheels are only 7" wide and have a dish on the outside so although the offset is the same, the effective clearance is much less than the 6 spokes version.Mike

I know nothing about the 5 spokes...
Only ever seen one set in the flesh on a 3B I saw years ago In Bute....
So thanks for the heads up!!!Comment

I'm looking up parts prices... Any one got comparisons...
Finding 996 calipers from a breaker at about £330 +VAT the pair - allegedly in excellent condition
The Guide in the stickies says A8 314mm discs should be £20 each.. but Brembos are £190 a pair....SOLD !

I'm running Zimmermann discs from GSF now, £90 a pair, they might have been £20 each off ebay from China but I'd not want to run that crap
Brembo are better quality than Zimmermann but not sure what that translates to in brake terms.
£300 for callipers in good condition is OK, £330+VAT is a tad expensive unless the pads are like new (saving £50 on Textars).Cheers'en, AndyC

at that money my 6 posts were a bargain.
i can recommend ebc turbogroove discs but id expect the 993tt option will become interesting at the price of those.
Also DBA make great discs. not that well known over here but big in Aus. (the A in DBA) you may like this

What colour are the Caliper's if they are Red's... then that price does not surprise me... If they are black or silver then they are way too high...IMO
As for the Disks £190.00 sounds dear & £20.00 Way too cheap.... I agree with Rusty's opinion on these...
Try GSF for Zimmermans As I said in my PM to you its what I went for but ended up with something slightly different due to A GSF mistake.... But my 323mm were only £110.00 plus Vat... I think you have to aske them for "Zimmerman" ones....
I think you can get a club discount at GSF too...But some peeps on here say its hard to get the discount at times...
