This is a drawing I did of the actual calipers, it has nothing to do with the actual mounting bracket.

I can't help with the bracket sizes, sorry.. I used a bought one from Kev Bambridge..

If you have access to a machine shop can you not measure one up yourself???

Good practice for a "Poor" Student... No??

Bambridge might be able to help you out, or alternatively, if you have a hub carrier and a hub it shouldnt be too hard to measure up for dimensions, especially in a machine shop.

Leonardo Da Vinci would have little to fear from your technical drawing abilities then!

a8 discs are useless on a type 44 mate, offset is far too big.I used 321mm S4 B5 discs machined down to about 312mm using modded rs2 rep brackets with boxster S calipers, job done

Is the offset wrong for the Boxster S calipers, what exactly was the problem?
ok i stand corrected,i have never come across those before, those discs (46mm hat) were never fitted to euro A8s just north american from what i can gather from Brembo catalogue.Thats why i used the s4tt discs as they are very similar.

Do boxster S calipers work ok with 25mm thick discs?(think these were 30/32mm on 911s) Non S calipers on boxsters used 25mm discs
