Help.....Digging up an old thread here, but does the 3B have a fuse 31? as i cannot see one on the diagram on s2central.
Does anyone have a pic of the fuse Loz was talking about.
Failed the mot today because the abs light was on, would be easier to check a fuse before i go taking sensors out.
Found it, there is a 10a fuse in the end of one of the relays under the dash which was blown, f***ing b****cks.
Apparently the free re-test doesnt apply anymore so thats another £35 down the pan
Ive got the same problem, albeit seems to be a lot worse. When coming to a stop (not a complete stop) it sounds as if the diff seems to be enagaging/disengaging. This then makes the ABS kick in (the brake pedal judders). If i release the brake pedal the sound continues on for a second or so and I can brake ok. This has been going on a for a week or so. Today the ABS light stayed on, braking was fine, no pedal vibrations. I have switched ignition off then back on. Same problem and the ABS light is off.
Usually when driving off after the car ahs been parked up, i hear what i can only describe the rear diff(??) disenaging, but recently the sound just lingers on for a good few seconds. any ideas? reckon i can just remove the ECU fuse and hope everything gets reset? cheers for any help.
