Porsche discs are the wrong PCD and hat height to fit your car

they are 5x130 where the Coupe is 5x112

30mm discs are a bit thin for the GT3s aren't they? Would have thought 32mm minimum or 34mm ideally?

You cna use 30mm discs with them but you have to be careful of pad wear, the best ones are the ones Bram used which were 360mm. there is also a merc disc that is 32mm think you can use.

you will be able to use S8 discs, just be wary that you don't wear the pads down low or you could pop the pistons out.
I'd go with custom bells and then the world is your oyster where rotors are concerned

If you don't mind using custom caliper brackets there are loads out there to consider.
Also consider the huge weight of a single piece 350mm disc!

here is the merc option http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50939

of course you could stick to standard brakes. I love my GT3 calipers best upgrade I did the on the car with the monoblock rears but mine are on RS2 hubs so can use 330x32 porsche discs

Ray, have a look on the AP website they have drawings and dimensions for all their rotors on there, then you just need to get some bells made up to the right hat height etc. This is how I would do it if I ever upgraded to GT3s. The massive weight of a large single piece disc will ruin the ride IMHO.
