Sorry Drummer87,
The house manageress asked me to come to bed what would you do
The way I understand it is the pitch between the holes the RS2 bracket will not fit with these calipers and that’s all but I am not sure.
The alignment of all the parts the way I see it is.
The height of the bracket should allow you to pick the correct disc diameter so the brake pad covers the disc correctly without overhanging.
The offset of the disc combined with the offset of the caliper bracket allows for the correct centring of the caliper. (ET)
I do not have access to my car right now but when I do I have the option to take my car in to have a digital scan of what is installed and from that they will produce all the various options.
I think this is what I will do unless I can get the information I need.

No point in getting brackets made until you know what rotor you will use.
I personally would not use a single piece disc that large it will weigh an absolute ton. You need to work out what the swept area is of the pads as that will affect your choice of rotors. If you make custom bells you can use the Hi-spec 62mm annulus rotors at 330 x 32 they are quite cheap at £105 + VAT each and will probably work with the standard fitment pads.
Another option is Mk4 R32 rotors they are floating and 334 x 32mm - should work well you just need to re-drill the bolt holes to 5x112Panthero Coupé quattro 20vt

Hi Error404,
I am beginning to see that there appears to be only one solution for me and that is to resolve the disc choice first and then get the bells to suit and then a bracket close to what is needed and then fine tune the bracket.
I am going to have a bracket made that I can mess with.
I agree one piece is very heavy.
I will try to get some 34mm thick rotors and then see what needs to be done with the bells and bracket. If I cannot get rotors to suit then I will go for the 32mm.
Thanks

brakes
Sold the calipers as I could not get the disk in SA to suit.
I could have had them made but the cost was over the top. I have the basic drawing with measurments but I did not check them against the car. Bracket also needed to be made.
Car still on standard brakes.
There is a company in SA called powerbrake http://www.powerbrake.co.za/ which I plan on using to do the upgrade when I get my car back.

they are used on the Mk2 GT3's and the GT2's with ceramic rotors...
