      If you want to get it out just now I would try battering an old socket over the top, good use for those old af/whitworth/imperial sockets. It needs to be a proper hammer on fit, not just a few taps.

      Torx or multi spline bits hammered into the allen key may work, just stripped out for me in this application.

      Also if you get one out you can hammer/leverthe carrier back and forth to get the bolt and carrier rotating, so the bolt head is at least free from the hub carrier.

      Other suggestions would be good mole grips, penetrating fluid, heat or weld a nut on depending on what you have to hand.
