  • s2 323mm brake upgrade

    Hello,
    Sorry for Open another brake thread but i've reading this Forum
    For Informations a few days but i'm still confused now.

    So i've got now:

    Rs2 front brake with 304x30 audia8 dishes.

    The pads and discs need to replace them and i want to
    Go in 323 mm.

    I need the 323x30 mm discs, pads ans calipers

    Ans there's my question
    Which calipers will fit without any modifications?

    Original rs2 brackets are mounted!

    Do i need the 996.351... 352 ?? Or 993.351... 352
    The 993 gt2 got same pads front and rear also the same caliper?

    Please help me cant ride my s2 sms revo

    Best regards Patrick

    Its on hear under 996 brake upgrade can't remember the part numbers for the calipers but they are handed so there will be 2 different part numbers one for left and one for right. Im useing 323mm a8 discs but I had to male a small spacers to go between caliper and bracket

      351 = front
      352 = rear

      You want the fronts, so 351

      You also want the standard 996 Carrera calipers, so the 425 & 426 variants.

      So, 996.351.425 & 426

      For brackets, PM bambridge on here.

          Hello,

          I already know that
          351 front
          352 rear

          Can't i use rear ones?
          The 993 gt2 got 322x34 in front and 322x28 as rear

          Isn't that a possible solution?

          So what about 996.351.429-430 and rear ones 996.352.425 ?

            Don't use rears, the pistons are smaller, even if the calipers / pads are the same size.

                        But he's right it's the difference between 429/430 ans 425/426

                        No one's got an answer for me?

                        Than i think i go on 314mm with custom brackets and Redstuff's
