Big reds?
The Mitsubishi Evo V,VI,VII,VIII,IX brembos 4 pot calipers has 2x 42mm and 2x 46mm pistons.
Works originally with 320x32 rotors and are far cheaper to buy second hand than the overpriced gt3 4pot big reds.RED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250

I did look at the Evo calipers but I'm not sure they can swallow as large a rotor?RED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250

Around 350mm?
Also what size rotor annulus do they use? (The width of the contact patch on the rotor?)
TBH I never see them go for much less than £300, which you can pick up GT3 calipers for tooPanthero Coupé quattro 20vt

I can ask in the MLR forum about disc thick and diameter options
But what everyone does is fitting very good quality 2 piece rotors from Performance Friction , good fluid , braided lines and very good pads for your requirements ( pagid , carbotech, PF ... ) and that's more than enough .
Or they goes to the 6 pot conversion with AP or Alcons... +2k£ ..
About calipers, I've seen bargains in the private part for sale forum...RED Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME nº 16 of 250

With such brake disc diameter why not to go Porsche Cayenne 6 pots? At ours they are often cheaper than RS2/EVO/Boxter/996 when second-hand.
S8 D2 345mm brembos would be my favorite option because of radial bracketing and second hand price much lower than porsches' brembos.
