    Hey,

I have the same issue on my ABY S2 Coupe. Clueless also, so looking forward to seeing the replies!

    Thanks,

This will probably be an alternator / voltage fault. IME the ABS is the first thing to fail when voltage drops.

It's warning you that you're going too fast

Could it possibly be that the one-way valve in the vacuum line to the diff lock actuator under the back seat has gone faulty? Does the diff lock still work as it should?

Weird, took the coupe out for a blast, got some boost going and the ABS light came on, it stayed on though and will not reset or go out if car is restarted.

I have disconnected the diff lock, as it kept cutting in when driving, not nice.
I also plugged the one way valve. I will check it all again . Many Thanks

Suggestions as above, fuse in fuse box, relay and connectors under rear seat.

I have tried all these things, and I am still getting the ABS warning light on full boost
The front of the car lifts fairly when I plant my foot. Maybe that has some connection.

I had a similar issue with my Ur a few years back, took me Forever to find it, as I assumed a voltage or combi relay (???) fault. Also went through the vacuum piping to difflocks, etc.

It turned out to be a damaged cable to one of the Sensors, and my assumption as to why it only happened on Wot was that only then were the suspension bushes under sufficient strain (in a forward direction) to pull on the damaged section of cable....

Yep, I know it sounds unlikely- but if all else fails.......

had a similar issue once, took me 3years to find it, and I have recently discovered the same in my friends car.

it would disable entire abs system if you shake the car. Sometimes it would work for a month, another time it would not for a year. But driving over a pothole would trigger something.

Long story short: cold joints in ABS combi relay. Re soldered the internals and abs is worky again. I am a proud owner of https://www.google.com/search?q=bosc...w=1920&bih=943 bosch KDAS0003, and no it is not for sale. In case of faulty relay this tester would not be big help.
