Those that are locking up the rear brake, is that with the touareg brake upgrade?

So basically you just throw an adapter plate, bolt your standard calipers and strap on 310x22mm discs? Where the disc is from? A8/S8?

My rear brakes recently have been refurbished, when they will start to die again, I'll get a set of brackets. What's electro coat btw?
