RS3 and TTRS caliper
The caliper is a Monoblock System. The newer Version is modified with other Pistons and have some "Tilger" weights. Have one picture found when the weights mounted to the caliper. In the last years you can buy the old calipers ore sometimes the new version very cheap while Audi changed these parts.
Epytec have made a bracket for smaller discs.

RS3 discs
The discs are the newest Generation from the Audi RS3 8P
The partnumber is 8P0 615 301B.
Dimensions are 370x32.
The discs are Designed in the typical 2-piece System that all the bigger Audi disc use.
Produced where this from the company SHW.
Some Audi RS3 and TTRS Driver have trouble with squeal and rattle by the first Version of the Brake. The newer discs are better. The Performance of the Brake is good but when you use it often on the race track the discs and pads are not the best choice.Attached FilesComment

Are there smaller versions of these that would work with 17 inch wheels.

Smaller discs
The Epytec Adapter use the disc from the A8 with 323x30mm.
Other discs can be used with some modification on my bracket.
The A8 S8 disc with 345x30mm or the A6 disc with 347x30mm are possible. The hat height hat are nearly the same as from the 370x32mm disc.Comment

I'm not convinced on the quality of the materials of the OEM 2pcs rotors, people report that they distort with heavy use (track) causing greater pedal travel and vibration. The drilled ones also crack. A custom 2pcs setup gives you the opportunity to use better quality rotors, of course cost is a factor. APs run around £250-£300 a piecePanthero Coupé quattro 20vt

Yea I had a feeling that would be the case. Compromised design. I have been offered 8 pot d2 brakes on 330 x 32 2 part floating disks for good money. Anyone have experience of these? I know Albert from akmotorsport is working on a 2 part disk setup with brembo 6 pots to fit under 17 inch rims too.

The d2 brakes seem to be made in Taiwan and also can be called k sport.

Yea I generally agree. But with calipers being so simple it's hard to see how they could go that far wrong. Just a casting machined to fit pistons. The basic shape has to be similar to other manufacturers so the amount of flex must be in the ball park.
