cheating mpg computer

:confused: Hi,

Why is it that the "go to refuel" sign comes in much earlier than the tank is close to empty? I mean that when the petrolstation sign appears on the computer, I still have some 10 liters of benzine. When it says only 50 Km to go, I can still go 110. My other car is a 2.8 V6 Coupe quattro with the same system and it is dead accurate. Anything to adjust this?

Hi Zen,

Thanks a lot. I knew Dutch people are good. I was in Utrecht in 93 for some months ath the Akademish Ziekenhuis to do my training in specialised radiotherapy and I recived a lot from the people over there. I utilized your pic and it should be there by now. Once again cheeeeers.
