That 113 page pdf is the best one I know of. I have others that are 12 pages and 22 pages.

Can you look in your Bentley manuals for J155, F98, V51 for after-run ?

I have created this diagram for my V51 After-run pump info post. It covers the F98, the J155 and the V51. The base black and white diagram came from one of those AAN pdfs. I've obviously added the colour-coded wires, the photos and the extra labeling.

OK - that's very useful... wired somewhat differently from ABY/ADU e.g. no link from pin 3 of J155 to the ECU on pin 41

Now I see conflict for that T6e/6 connector with brown/yellow wire... conflict as the label doesn't align with the 113page PDF - lets call it "T6eb"

Not sure about T6eb. That isn't one listed in the Bentley.

Speaking of the Bentley, I was looking at my Vol 3 tonight and I see that I had previously put a fluorescent pink sticky marked "After-Run Pump" on page X1105 (96 UrS6). Then I remembered: I had searched long and hard for UrS4 after-run pump info for my info post and never did find it. The only place that I did find it was under UrS6 on pg. X1105. *THAT* is where my base V51 wiring diagram came from.

Agreed on T6eb - I just suggested it as both T6b and T6e are used on the S4 Bentley schematics. So when T6e from the S6 after run schematic is introduced it causes confusion.

I am working on an AAN transplant guide for someone else into a B3 but will be same for B2 and B4 applications also.

I will do it pictorially but adding a spreadsheet with all the cabin side pin outs.

                    1. Did you actually find V51, F98 and J155 in a Bentley UrS4 diagram? If so, point me there, please.

                    2. On that UrS6 page, X1105, T6e is noted as being a white 6 pin connector (which fits with my pdf (Pugslife's photo). (I have a spare AAN harness and plan to take my own connector and wire colour photos (of things I haven't already photographed for other info posts)). Furthermore, this white T6e is supposed to live in Connector Station 1.

                    3. So I go to the Bentley to check out Connector Stn. 1 on page X33. There is shows two white connectors in positions 6 (2nd row, left end - in theory) and 17 (upper row, left end). 17 is for the air conditioning compressor. 6 is listed as coming from the radiator cooling fan/Compressor/CAT and going to the Engine Compartment, right. So not exactly correct - but that is closer than what it says for 17.

I think you can just see the T6e in position 6 (2nd connector row, left end) here:

C4 UrS Auxiliary Relay, Connector Station and Fuse Panels: their locations and detail

Further thought, I access my UrS4/S6 connector station/relay panel info through this post. The diagram isn't "live" (with hyperlinked labels) yet but will be soon.

So, I got to this stage with another wiring transplant guide. The catalyst was for someone who contacted me for help with AAN transplant into a CQ20V (was 7A engine). I have tried to make this as generic as possible for others who go this way... its a bit more work than dropping in an ABY loom due to differences on the cabin side, but its pretty simple really.

Obviously please shout if anyone spots mistakes etc... there may be subtle differences transplanting into other B3/B4 models but time hasn't allowed a full check. If in doubt - ask !

                            Very nice. Congrats. Well done.

If you end up doing a revision perhaps you might want to use the "original" of my Annotated after-run pump diagram, rather than the 800 x 600 version from 12v.org/urs. I have attached it and the one I did for the S2s below. A bit better resolution.
