    The car is alive

    Can anyone help please!!!
It started on sunday when my hazard lights starting to flash for the alarm when it was outside my house, so i went outside unlocked & locked it again to reset the alarm. It happened again so i started the engine for a while the turned off the locked it.
I the morning i went to start the car as normal & it was flat as a pancake just a gimmer of light for the battery on the dash, so i thought that the battery had gone so i bought another connected it up (live 1st then earth) & when i did all the lights on the dash turned on without the keys being in the ignition so i disconnected & put earth on 1st then live then hay presto it was ok .The next day i drove to work as normal (everything ok), then i left to go home went to put the key in the ignition & all the dash lights where on without the key in, so i went to start the car which it did but it turned itself off straight away so now the battery is disconnected & i have no car can anyone HELP PLEASE

This happened to me last Christmas, thought the car was possessed. For me it turned out to be a dodgy connection in the fusebox.
