Heated washer jets?

maybe this will be of some interest:

what about windscreen washer jets that spread the water allover the windscreen like on the "new" cars?

the polo 6n2 have them, they fit in the hole in the bonnet, but they are a little too small, so they leave a gap in it.





On here a lot of people have (VAG) daily drivers, so i thought everyone could measure their washer jets to find a suitable substitute...

yeah except the fluid lines to the heated jet nozzles are't heated so really pretty pointless

Even with declared -25 washer liquid on the bottle I had the all lot frozen in Austria couple of years ago.....
Outside temp was minus 20/23 celsius..... the big issue is that when you travel the temperature of the lines due to air stream drops minus 30 I reckon.
petrol stations there have hot water buckets to fill up the reservoirs and that it's something smart n intelligent!
