No Power to Radio cigarette lighter etc??

The other day driving down to Cornwall I had no radio power, had a poke around the next day and it was working again, now today again no power Also seems there's no power at the cigarette lighter and the diff switch isn't lit up?
Fuse 4 looks good, any ideas

Ooops, pulled radio and it started flashing on and off, speakers also going on and off, some loose connections in a previous wiring bodgeup had to remove power entirely to unfreeze it so the buttons would work.. Anyway, got it working and the cig lighter actually also has power just no illumination, so prob looking at new bulbs needed in the cig lighter and diff lock switch.

Purpose of excersize... To try out Christmas present from the mrs, FM iPhone dock with hands-free calling
