    Heated washer jet wiring

I have just got myself some heated washer jets and was just wondering how they can be wired easily , can I just run them from a 12 volt source with a switch or do they have to have a resistor
wired in-line with them or something.

what about wiring them off the rear window/side mirror heater switch....

I'm no electrician - but I thinks that's a 30 Amp loop and should give enough power to run all of them together...

In another thread someone mentioned that these when factory fitted are on constantly... which is why they (& MK2 Golf ones) never seem to work for long...

Keep us updated!!! As I may fit them to mine if its not to much work...
