Battery Under the Seat

Yes, but strangely they're both procon cable grommets, one for the rear seat belt cable and one for the steering column, I used the lower one which is the rear belt cable which I've deleted, the cable tube under the carpet was solid with rust anyway.. Nice to get it out of there and tidy it up, I also dumped the carpet today and all the green underfelt. It smells better in there already.

I got the big battery cable threaded through, the grommet was a struggle up behind the accellerator pedal eh?

Battery box is glued and screwed into the floor pan and battery has a new home :thumbs

sweet! yeah its a PITA to get the grommet seated - i replace my green felt with this stuff: Second Skin Luxury Liner


Not cheap by my car is super quiet inside now and no rotting stench! Its also lighter than the OE jute type stuff and will not absorb water
