Heater blower, doesnt work after dash-out.

I removed the dash when I was doing the engine-fusebox wiring, and moved the battery to the back of the car. Now, my heater fan doesnt work.
When I turn on the ignition, I think i hear it faintly. No fiddling on the AC display( old type) does anything.

Did I just pull of one of the wires/connector for my fan? And if so, can I fix it with just removing the glovebox?

If you can hear it I guess you should also be able to feel it pushing in air. You can reach the fan motor, it's connections and the speed control resistor with the glovebox out.

      Huh, nothing at all
All connectors are in place, all wires intact. That's really all I had time to check out today.

There's def power there when I turn the ignition on. But from there - nothing.
Wouldn't think it could be the resistor either, as the "Hi" button on the display would bypass the resistor (if this is anything like a rad fan).

      Any thoughts?

How about the ground? Is there a ground wire going to a tag near the A pillar?

Nothing on the passengers side, but the ground wire seems to go over to the drivers side. Shouldnt it?

Then there's this one. Just hangs there. Nowhere to connect it within reach of cable as far as I can see.

Short update after playing with the multimeter.

            Theres ground. There's no 12v.
When I start the AC unit on the display, whatever the mode i read about 6v at the fan for 20 seconds. Then nothing.

                  Back to this..

Tried connecting fan negative terminal directly to earth - Nothing
Looked to resistor (or at least what looks like it).

Little box about 10x5cm located right beside the fan. 2 connectors, a 4pin and a 2pin, with the 4 pin one having 3 wires to it, and the 2pin having 1 wire.
( THIS IS J126 - FAN CONTROL UNIT)

                  4 pin:
                  Black/red -12v to fan
                  Brown - Ground
Black/white - From red 10-pin in the extra relay box.

                  2 pin:
Blue/Black -12v switched (From some kind of switch. F73)

I've measured again, there is 12v supplied through the Blue/Black one, but 6-9v coming out at the red/black. A wire from blue/black to red/black gives full fan speed.

Any thoughts on this from you electrical gurus?

Edited the above post with findings in the wiring scheme.

This raises a few other questions:

Where is the red 10 pin supposed to be connected in the aux relay rack?

Could it still be a faulty control unit?

Changed the resistor mentioned above, with a part from another 90Q.

                          Presto- it works again.
