Simple question, where is best to source a few new bulbs from ? I'm sure the one in the auxillary gauge is just like the ones that Vauxhall used and I have got some somewhere but can't seem to find them right now.
I think its the ambient temp that needs replacing if their any different ?
Are they available through the dealers or would a motor factors have them ?
I have seen them on ebay, and i think they are listed in the Maplins catalog. As far as i know they are a standard automotive part so motor factors should be able to source them too. Ambient temp display has soldered in bulbs, available from ebay or Maplins.
bought mine from a main dealer. there's different powered ones too. If you check in your clocks which ones are the 1.5 or 2 watt ones and order those for all the dials then you instantly have a brightness upgrade too
Be careful with the high wattage dash bulbs. I believe there is a theory that the extra heat can lead to the clusters peeling. I would recommend staying with the correct wattage if you can....

They're from the dial cluster, I need one clear, and the one from the ambient temp display is missing so I'm not sure what colour I need, though I suspect it's orange.
Not sure of the cost but can be bought on ebay or from main dealer. There are a few different ratings, 1.1w, 1.2w, and 2w bulbs, each type has a different colour base. I "think" the main cluster uses 1.1w bulbs with an orange base. Outside temperature gauge needs taken apart and a new bulb soldered in place.
