    Hello from Estonia.

I have an original pump in good condition from my UrS6, I tested it on flowbench, and it works fine.
    Price: 50 EUR with shipping.

Sorry, buying and installing a used fuel pump is a little like buying and using a used condom. You don't know what you are getting and it might just bite you in the @ss down the road. Strongly recommend that if you are going to replace a fuel pump do it with a new one. A bit more money but it is worth it for the peace of mind (In my opinion).

Here is a C4 UrS fuel pump testing and replacement procedure that might help you (or someone else):

That's why I said my pump was flow tested.
My friend put it on a special bench and simulated flow up to 400hp. It was linear to about 370hp, then it started to taper.

sry guys I buy new fuel pump but made in china, in shop was 1 pump made in germany and 1 made in china. I asked for seller witch pump is better, he say me that they are same , germany or china they both work well. so there is code of fuel pump EFP430201G how u think its will be good for my urs6 or no ?? its says that this pump 4 bar so i think it will be same as my original no ? and now i wanna as again for other problem overboost problem when i bought the car my car had overboost 1.2 bar ( 2.2 in dashboard ) ( wastegate bolt protection has been drilled ) , then 1 guy say me to turn wastegate bolt and i do that ,now i dnt have overboost , max what i have is 1 bar sometimes 1.1 bar ( 2.1 in dashboard ) so how i need find that point in WG to have overboost again 1.2 bar ?

The car is mapped to 1.05 bar from factory.
If you want to have more power you should get it chipped.
Messing with the screw just causes boost oscillations, because the base duty is no longer correct and PID overshoots.

Throw the chinese pump away and buy a better pump before you chip it though, otherwise you will be looking at a hole in the engine block.

Btw, your car needs 5 bar fuel pressure at 1 bar boost.

Sure, but how long will it last?

I have not experienced pump failure yet...
I think if it was at the end of it's useful life and worn out, it would not hold pressure that well.

I've seen a few fail and always ~130-140k miles on them. Its the electric motor that wears out not the pump so they tend to fail quickly rather then deteriorate over time. Fit a new one IMO unless you need a temporary fix.

Pics of failed pump here for the curious.. http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...ight=fuel+pump

This is why I, having experienced such a rapid failure while on a road trip, advocate a) early pre-emptive/proactive replacement, i.e. after 100K miles and BEFORE it fails, and b) replacement with a new (NOT good used) fuel pump. It is too much of a pain in the @$$ (and I mean the $$) to leave it to chance.

Interesting photos in the link. The 5th one was especially interesting because you can see that it is a gear pump, i.e. positive displacement, and therefore capable of significant pressures.
