Diagnostic problem

Hi guys
Can anyone help with a diagnostic problem with my 1992 3b s2 .I got my local mechcanic to plug in his snap on disagnostic reader and it keeps coming up. can not communicate with comms possible connection problem.His brother had a aby s2 and it worked on it. He tried different fault readers and had no luck any ideas whats happening. Thanks Derek.

Same on my aby. Has it been chipped? I'm starting to think the ecu has been damaged

Do you have live 12v in the connector?

Fuse 21 ok?

On the top of the fuse box in the centre section it tells you which connector does what, check your 12v supply is present. It's not too hard to plug in one of the connectors backwards and blow the fuse.
