AFAIK these are the same as the ones on eBay so they won't be E-marked either.

They have a different wattage rating Pete.

Yours are 100W those are 85W

You know what, after re-reading that ebay link you might be right even though he's advertised them differently.

Can you check your box part num vs the website? H287E

The box says H287. I reckon that 85W or 100W figure is just marketing hype. They only draw 55W. According to PIAA it is the gas mix and special coating on the bulb tube which make them perform like the higher power.

Might email PIAA and ask if there is a difference between H287 and H287E
