best battery for s2

Time for a new battery as its let me down again.
So which do you all recommend for a 3b coupe.

At the garage, most of ours cars are on Varta batteries, my S2 has a Varta as well. They are pretty good overall, I think some other members use them as well.

I always buy Bosch batteries, they're are more expensive but the S5 ones have a 5year warranty. You want an S5007 for a 3B.

OE Bosch lasted 8 years, current Bosch sliver 7 years old and going strong.

And Dennis would know about his batteries I agree, Bosch silver if you can afford it. Valta are good and ive had a Hoppecke battery which has done well although i now need a new battery

Bosch silver for me too, they have a very long service life. Highly recommended.

Even I don't own an S2, on my daily driver A4 B6 1.9 TDI I use a Varta Sylver Dinamic 72 or 74 Ah. Before that I had the original battery of the car that was ok for 11 years.
I heard that Bosch and Varta are almost the same company and the packaging is different .

I Just bought a Bosche Silver for the 3B Lou, fed up of cheap batteries going bad every two years..

Bosch With 5 Year Warranty so it's probably a B5 or S5.... If you have an ECP near you they have a 30% discount at the mo...

Don't know if it covers batteries..
