3B upgrade to Elipsoids RS2 Headlights

There are many threads on how to resolve the mainbeam issues when upgrading 3B headlights with RS2 elipsoids lights

but if position 8 is already in use (if the car is equipped with light height remote control) what is the resolve for this then????

Buy a pin and stick all the old #8 wires and the yellow one to it.

If I had ellipsoids I would put a switch somewhere where I could select if I wish to use mains with or without lows. Bright spot near the car just makes seeing worse even if you think you see more...

Still slightly confused as the leveling motors dont function on full beam which would lead me to believe that there is no power to #8 on full beam.
Test this evening and let you know, Like the idea of switching the mod.

Success,
Yellow to #8 and we have maximun light, will look at switching this option at the weekend

+ or - result, I now have the ability to level the headlight on main and dipped lights
