Wiring help - Door contact and fuel pump control wire
I really need some help with this:
1. Where can I find the door contact wire under the drivers seat and what color is it?
2. Also I'm pretty sure I should also be able to find the signal line for the fuel pump under the drivers seat, but any pointers and colors to look for?
Thanks.
1. F2 = drivers door switch. This is likely for a left hand drive car so reverse left and right colours:
Now looking at the reference you pointed me to, then I need pin 3 from the ECU connector which should be brown/green. However I think I should be able to find the wire some where under the dash going to the relay in the engine compartment, correct?
Correct.
The J17 fuel pump relay is the "208" relay in the front of the under bonnet fuse/relay box:

Sorry - reading this thread properly this time... Jonas is looking for the ECU to FP relay - that is the 'BS' pin seen on track 14 in the schematics shown above - the brown/green wire.
Where is the 'BS' pin I hear you ask ?
The 'B' denotes the multi-plug label on underside of the fusebox (CEP) - its black in colour.
