    Fuel and Temp gauge problems

    Hi All,
I have a 1993 Audi 80 23L FWD Sedan. I have a few issues and I am wondering if someone could help me.

    1. Temp gauge is not working
    2. fuel gauge is not working
    3. Radiator fan is not working
    4. No heater (the heater fan is working, but It’s Not Blowing Warm Air)

Another suggestion, Thanks for your support!

      Hi,
Thanks for your quick response. Yes, the fan is running on all stages. I will check the voltage regulator. Any idea what could be the issue w/ the Radiator fan?

      Thanks for your help!

The voltage reg is plug-in and secured to the rear corner of the cluster with a small bolt. Sometimes it just needs removing and cleaning and bolting back on.

Rad fan not coming on is probably the otter switch at the bottom of the rad. Remove the plug and try joining the wires together with a short piece of wire, if the fan runs like this then replace the switch

So yesterday, I received my new voltage regulator. The installation was very straightforward, No issues. As regards the heater fan, it looks like the problem is the sensor.

              Thanks for your help!
