I don't actually understand what you did. Switch and motor have plugs. Or did you took the wires out from the plug? Did the new cassete came with motor? If so why not use your old motor.

Brown wire with white plug is ground and yellow wire with black plug is +12V from windows/electric sunroof control unit.

There are only four wires. Thick one with single wire green plug is positive from electric windows loom, other thick one with hole in the end is negative.

                    Interior light:
Pin 1: Positive (white/black stripe) from central locking, when you open the door, delay etc. Goes to green plug pin 2
Pin 2: Positive (black), thin red/black stripe is for illuminated mirrors. Goes to green plug pin 3
Pin 3: Ground (brown) from roof motor white plug.

                    Green plug:
                    Pin 1: empty
Pin 2: Positive (white/black stripe) from central locking, when you open the door, delay etc.
Pin 3: Positive (black), thin red/black stripe is for illuminated mirrors.

                    Roof motor:
Black plug: positive from single pin green plug.
White plug: ground from single wire with hole in the end.

                            Ok, now I can understand.

There is no way to tell from just looking those pics. You have to check the other end or use multimeter.
Two yellow/reds and two blacks should be connected to each other. I have no idea why someone would cut them.

Do you still have the black 3 pin plug for interior light? And the 4 pin black plug from the switch?
