OK - didn't get time to clean ISV and haven't ordered Lambda yet as moving house and need all my money for that at the minute - but will replace lambda in very near future.
Cleaned MAF this morning and car is flying again. No cut out any more - and feels a lot smoother and is much faster all through the revs!!
    very happy again!

      Clean MAF

Hi, im new to all this but is the MAF the mass air flow sensor? My car seems to run fine at the mo but as everybody else seems to get their cars to run better by cleaning it i thought i should give it a go. whats the best way to do this and where is it on my S2?

There are good after market lambda probes and probably from the same manufacturer that supplies Audi. Just beacause is not in an Audi box does it mean that it is inferior but it will be cheaper.
