What's the correct boost level in each gear?

i have 1 bar at first
1,4 i second
and 1,5 in 3 , 4 ,5 boost tailing of to about 1 bar at 6000 rpm and 0,8 at 7000

can't get mine above 11psi in any gear.it's suppose to have 'chip and spring'.i know it's got a leaking intercooler though,and i don't think the concertina pipe is too clever either.it won't hold pressure for more than a second on leak test.

You shouldn't really be running a spring in a stock car If you disconnect the electrical connector on the WGFV do you get the same boost levels?

Ok. Here are my max boost figures.

1st - 0.9 bar
2nd - 1.2 bar
3rd - 1.3 bar
4th - 1.3 bar
5th - 1.3 bar

Car is an MRC'd 3B running on 97 RON today , in my defence, this is due to Optimax being 101.9p/litre, and Sainsbury's super being 93.9p/litre. Car also still has a small boost leak and a vacuum leak.
Still much better than the old state of tune with 0.3 bar of boost.

im going to write mine up next weak,just put in the boost gauge so...
the mechanic said he reached 22psi in third but could also go more..(i hope not!!)

there is a guy in ebay.de that makes them.Sells them for 30euro +shipping.They are alluminium and silver,but i spray painted this one to make it black.You need to spray paint it with mat paint,and a few times so that it will hold the paint well.its really cool!

anyway,from time to time checked more or less here are my figures,although i think they should be more than that.
1st: 14psi
2nd: 19psi
3d: 20psi
4th: 22psi
5th: 20-21psi

i couldnt measure 6th yet,not enough empty roads yet.
What im saying is that i should be getting more as this car is equiped with MTM chip so i guess some kind of over boost should be there.
Now im running BP ultimate which is 100octane gas supposedly,but i have no boost test kit to check my hoses(visual check is OK),i have never replaced WGFV,DV valve,wastegate diaphragm,and im running on Audis oroginal airfilter instead of K/N(which ia have but havent cleaned it yet to reuse it.)Also MAF has never been checked for faults,but then again no real losses have ever been found to have all these things checked.

Moneywise,i dont know what i should look for.I mean if you get so little losses(if any) what is the first thing you look for?I did have a massive leak from the WGFV hose which shot my ECU into limp mode 2weeks after i bought the car,but ever since,it has been OK.I could say though that did use to see 22psi on 2nd gear,while now i barely see 18-19psi.
any options to think of?
