What Sparkplugs for a 3B

Well time has come to change the plugs on my 3b as i have been running rich with a broken MAF for a week or so and the ones in there look a bit crappy.

BUT the big question is, what plugs to go for?

should i use the standard BOSCH ones or something else?

I don't mind spending a bit more if they are better and last longer..

What is recommended?

There was a thread about some cheap copper plugs that seemed to be better too! You must only change then more often!

from NGK : PFR7B

also PFR8B is recommended, if you drive with higher boost and bigger injectors.

Standard 3B spark plugs are the same as ABY and ADU.
As Erikb posted above Bosch Platinum F5DPOR.

I have always ran the stock ones - at 34psi. I have some expensive race plugs but never needed to even try them.
