You do get higher boost in the last 3 gears i think ,this is when you get over boost on WOT .

i get around about 19 psi now but it used to race straight passed 20 in the higher gears. this could just be the gauge. i think it should run about 21 psi so theres not much difference.

i thought i would do a test tonight to see what sort of boost pressure i am getting in each gear. In first (all at WOT) i get about 15 psi, In second i get 15 psi, third i get 15 psi, 4th 19psi, 5th 19 psi, 6th 19 psi. This is booting it through the entire rev range to just before the red line. if i boot it in third from about 20mph i get about 19psi which is strange. I just need to know if this is normal? i thought i should be seeing 1.5bar in every gear is this correct? Thanks for your help

Steve, I have mapped your car to run 1.35 Bar, which is 19.85 psig, so it sounds right to me. You always get lower boost in the lower gears because there is no time for the engine to produce the gasses that will spool the turbo up to higher boost levels...
