It seems i get bad idle/rich running under half tank full

This seems strange and iam not complety sure but it seems that i get bad idle and some rich running, when i get under half tank full.

I think this is very strange and not sure it is related. But any suggestions to what the problem can be?

I did pressure testing and everything is ok.
The only sensor that is not new is the throttle switch potentiometer. Of course perhaps the fuel pump could be bad to.

I did resolve the issue and I think it was something with the fuel filter or the fuel pump.
