    pipe diameter for boost gauge???

Please could anyone tell me the diameters of the pipe you cut to fit a boost gauge as the VDO fitting kit does not include a T piece and the pipe supplied is only about 3.5mm external diameter so I will have to increase, maybe?

    cheers

Normal vacuum pipe, taken from MAP sensor in ECU (behind glovebox).

3mm id works best for the small joins but can be difficult to secure with clips - I use superglue - seems to work fine and does not distort the hose like small clips can...

Try 'German, Swedish & French' at the end of Shepcote Lane, I bought some from there recently. I can't remember how much it was, but it's not expensive.
