    Hello friends......

    Somebody knows the exact measurement of regulation of wastegate.
    It is that I complete mecanic that attempt to put chip to the car exempt him the seal and I screw it and now which I do the ECU with Paul I want to regulate it in its origin .

    I think that what you are looking for is the original position of adjustment screw on top of the wastegate as it comes from factory. I dont think that exact position matters that much, because difference is minimal when you tighten the screw, and especialy if you added chip to the car now, than extra couple pounds of boost will not matter, which is what you get when you tighten the screw all way down. This is what my understandig and experience has been.
    I would loosen the screw half way up and leave it there.
    I may be wrong, someone correct me please if my statement is not right.

      This is what they did.

      Although now already this of origin, except the Wastegate that this almost equal I now create.

          Firstly - get rid of the bleed valve !

          Secondly - the factory setting for the standard wastegate spring is 25mm from the upper perch to the inside surface of the wastegate cap.

              Setting the WG

              Another way to set the WG is to unplug the N75 (WGFV) and to see how much the car boosts then. A standard WG should only boost 0.4 bar.
